I've forgotten my password
If you forget your password, you have to reset it before you can use themathsfactor.com parent dashboard again. You can reset your password by sending yourself a password reset e-mail message.
- In the sign-in box, click Forgot password?
- In the Email address box, type the email address that you used to create your account.
- Click Submit to send yourself a password reset email message.
- Open your email account, and follow the instructions in the password reset email message.
I can't sign in
If you can't sign in to themathsfactor.com, try the following:
- Make sure that you typed your user name correctly. User name are case sensitive.
- Make sure that you typed your password correctly. Passwords are case sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, try to reset it.
- Check your email from themathsfactor.com detailing your user name and password.
- Check that you are not using your WORLD Pay login details.
- Make sure that you have configured your browser to allow cookies. If your browser doesn’t allow cookies, you can’t sign in.
- Your user name may become locked out if you fail to sign-in ten times. Please email support@themathsfactor.com if this happens.
